The result

The newly designed kitchen and bar space has transformed the existing space to enable the hospitality team to significantly improve their food and drink offerings on matchdays.

The new kitchen offers a cook-and-hold facility for the area. It has allowed the club hospitality team to redefine and elevate the quality of food and drink offered at Premiership games. A 16m long U-shaped central bar takes up a prime position in the space, allowing for fast beer and drink service before, during and after games and throughout entertainment events. Finally, an innovative self-serve bar allows customers to pay for and pour their pints and can cope with the busiest peak service period.
